Price

The price includes 25% VAT. When the buyer confirms an order, prices can only be changed by circumstances Babynest control, such as significantly changing commodity prices, currency fluctuations or amended VAT. No additional taxes or charges. Free Shipping within Sweden. Sales only within Sweden and the EU.

Buy

When ordering, an agreement for the purchase is only valid when Babynest confirmes the order through an email confirmation. The order confirmation is sent manually. At any errors as indication of price, delivery, etc., we reserve the right to correct this.

Delivery time

Delivery is usually within 1-3 days or within a week. At higher loads, and during holiday periods, delivery time is 10 days – 2 weeks. You will always get delivery information in your confirmation email from us.

Delivery delays

If delivery is delayed we will notify you by e-mail. We always do our best to fulfill your order. There may be circumstances that make it impossible to complete the order within the time instance. When our supplier can not meet his commitment to us or shipment delays due to for example the weather. Compensation is not paid in the event of late delivery.

Risks during transport

We are responsible for the transportation risk from our warehouse to you (ie damaged or lost goods). You are responsible for the transportation risk when returning goods to us.

Payment

Payment is done in cooperation with Paypal. Paypal ensures that the customer’s credit card information can only be read by payment and banking system – no other! Babynest does not store any information related to the payment data. We follow laws and the implementation of card payments reserved the purchase amount in your account. No additional charges apply when paying by card. Cash on Delivery is paid when the goods are picked up at post office. (Only available in Sweden) You will be charged a minimum fee of 129kr for unclaimed parcels. This cost is for handling costs and return costs, etc. The item is held at the delivery place for 14 days before it is returned to us.

Warranty

Warranty is provided in accordance with the consumer service act.

Rights of regret & right to return an item for 14 days

According to the distance and doorstep sales act, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the product and without specific reason. This applies when the product and product packaging is unchanged, ie, unused and not destroyed or damaged. You should not use the product but of course, carefully examine it. Babynest applies the distance and doorstep selling act. You, the customer pays for return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal and open purchase for 14 days. Contact us by email if you regret your purchase or something would be wrong.

Complaint

Babynest applies the consumer service act complaint. The product warranty covers only original manufacturing defects, ie, errors that existed in the product on delivery. Babynest is responsible for manufacturing defects. In such case the customer will receive a new product. The product warranty does not apply when Babynest can not find anything wrong with the product or when the customer has caused the damage himself. Product warranty does not apply when handling errors, misconfigured, or product failures occurring during or after self-change of the product’s function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or configuration of the product.

Your invoice or receipt is valid as warranty.
